Tennant Group maintains a business continuity policy so that the services our clients and fund members rely on remain available, and their information remains protected, through disruption.

What it covers

The policy sets out how we identify risks to continuity, how critical functions, such as fund administration, payments and member servicing, are maintained or recovered, and how we communicate during an incident.

Review

The policy is reviewed and tested so it stays current with our operations and obligations.
