PAIA Manual

This manual is published in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), which gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by private and public bodies.

Purpose

The manual explains the categories of records Tennant Group holds, and how a requester may ask for access to those records, including the procedure and any applicable fees.

Requesting access

Requests are made on the prescribed form and directed to our information officer. We will respond within the periods set out in the Act.
