Tennant Group was founded by Steve Tennant, with a strong purpose for helping others take care of tomorrow, today. Over 35 years he and his leadership team grew it into a competitive player in the South African and African financial-services industry.
Today the group brings together specialist subsidiaries under one brand: a fully integrated employee-benefits, wealth and human-capital offering, delivered with the simplicity of a single touch-point.

2020 transformation
A new chapter in the group’s ownership
In September 2020 the group made significant shareholding changes, and Kuseni Dlamini, leader of KDI Capital Partners, became Chairman of the Board.
The change strengthened the group’s leadership and its commitment to dynamic employee engagement, reporting intelligence and operational excellence, the foundations of the single touch-point.
